Test Drive Sunday a Great Start
Saint Peter’s Stewardship Team reports, with great joy, that 54 commitment cards were presented at the altar last Sunday for the Time & Talent Appeal. These 54 individuals have pledged to test-drive 152 ministry roles or projects this summer! For a complete breakdown of how many people signed up for different ministries, click here.
If you haven’t yet had time to commit to test driving a ministry role or project this summer, find something that works for you at www.stplc.org/stewardship.
Lunch in the Park Serving Opportunity
Saint Peter is providing lunch at City Park in Aurora (9701 E. 16th Ave. Aurora) for the homeless on Monday, June 17th and you are invited to participate. Arrival time at the park is 11:00 am and clean-up will be done by 1:00 pm.
Please sign up on the sheets on the door leading into the Narthex or contact Jeanne Maloney with any questions or to let her know how you want to help serve. This should be a fun opportunity to love our homeless friends together.
Concerts at the Crescent June 18th
Jo and Annie would like to invite any and all Church Chicks to join us for Concerts at the Crescent on June 18th for Long Run - Eagles. We will gather at 6:00 p.m. at StPLC and walk to the Crescent Amphitheater at DTC and Belleview for a picnic pot-luck on the grass. Please see Jo or Annie if you have questions.
