Virtual Town Hall With Bishop Gonia At StPLC This Saturday

Worried about your congregation today? Wondering what the future holds? You are not alone.

People throughout the church are experiencing doubts, fears, and uneasiness about the future. Bishop Gonia would like to talk with you about the worries and wonders you are experiencing. Together we will ponder how our congregations' ministry and witness can be shaped for the sake of the gospel. Join the Town Hall on Zoom at Saint Peter via live from First Evangelical Lutheran in Longmont.

Saint Peter will have our own breakout groups plus refreshments and childcare. Register for the viewing in the Saint Peter Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall on Signup Genius.

LIFT Veteran's Day Celebration This Sunday

This coming Sunday after worship, Saint Peter will have its first LIFT of the season and will celebrate Veterans Day. We will gather together. Break bread together. Read scripture and pray together. And, of course, we will play together, too. Come help kick-off a new season of LIFT and honor the military men and women among us.

Commitment Sunday Is November 20th

Be sure to check out Pastor Michael’s article in this week’s issue of Our Life Together. He talks about how stewardship is different these days. It should be fun. It is a look to the future. It is about more than money.

Stewardship is about participating in the vision and the ministry of the congregation using your gifts and being open to the Holy Spirit’s call to you as we begin a new era in the life of the Saint Peter congregation.

A letter is coming your way early next containing more details of this year’s appeal and your 2023 commitment card. If you’re ready to make your 2023 commitment, you can find an online form here.

Join us on the climb up the mountain!

The wish list of items includes:
