Have you ever felt like you wanted to do something helpful and make a positive difference in the world, but didn’t know where to begin? This can feel overwhelming. We all feel that way at times.
It can be hard to think clearly when we feel upset or angry about something we know is not right or fair. I have recorded a mindful meditation that I hope will be relaxing, so your strong brain can do its best thinking. When we take good care of ourselves, we are better able to take good care of others the way Jesus wants us to. Remember that you are loved by God, who is always with you!
