Summertime Bucket List Idea of The Week #2

Write a Bible verse on the cement in sidewalk chalk.

And then take a pic and send it to Ms. Mary! Here’s Ms Mary’s favorite verse, which she wrote on the church sidewalk. There is chalk in the outside bin in case you’d ever like to write yours at church or at home!

Last week’s Bucket List Idea was to Invite a Friend to Day Camp, and guess what? It’s working! Mr. Andy is delighted to see so many who have already signed up for this super fun way to learn about Jesus and make new friends! Keep inviting!

And don’t forget… if you haven’t already picked up your SUMMERTIME BUCKET LIST, find yours in the Narthex at church.

All-Ages Movie Night July 8th

Join Family Ministries at Saint Peter on Friday, July 8th to play games outside starting at 6:30 p.m. and then come inside to see LUCA at 7:00 p.m. This movie is a story of friendship and adventure during one summer on the Italian Riviera. We’ll finish the night off with s’mores!

Women’s Retreat Led By Pastor Vera November 17-19

It is with great enthusiasm that Contemplative Ministries at Saint Peter invites all women to our first, and hopefully annual, Women’s Retreat with Pastor Vera.

You don’t want to miss the opportunity to spend a couple of days with other ladies from Saint Peter at the beautiful Hideaway in Colorado Spring for a time of fellowship, faith and fun. The retreat will begin Thursday evening November 17th and run through Saturday afternoon November 19th.

Registration is open and spots are limited, so register early and get it on your calendar. The retreat cost is $190 and includes two nights in a double occupancy room, all meals and supplies. Payment options and scholarships are available.

If you have any questions, please contact Jeanne Maloney.
