Theater and Theology is a fun night out with your Saint Peter friends to watch a play together and have a theological talk-back after the show with the cast and crew. The plays and discussions can challenge and stimulate our faith in a unique way.

Lectio Divina is an ancient practice, once done by all Christians, of slowly praying over scripture, which enables the word of God to become a means of union with God. Elijah says, “Listen for the still voice of God.” (1 Kings)

Beginning this month, Jeanne Maloney (Faith Formation here at Saint Peter) will publish a Monthly Faith Focus in the Sunday Weekly and on the Saint Peter blog that you can easily reference to use at home when you meet as a family, when you meet with a group of faithful friends or when you meet with your Saint Peter ministry teams.

Every time we gather there is an opportunity to grow closer to one another and deeper in faith. Here are some suggestions on how we can include intentional faith practices into times when we are already meeting with each other.
