Holy Week Prayers & Meditations

Saint Peter Contemplative Ministries, along with Family Ministries, has created a collection of meditations and liturgies for you to use this Holy Week.  This devotional resource is intended to guide and enrich your Holy Week observance.  Although we are separate this year, we have a collective purpose - to enter into the mystery and wonder of the death and resurrection of Christ and embrace the abundance God promises us.

If you haven’t created a Sacred Space in your home yet, follow Miss Mary’s instructions below under Wednesday. You are invited to use the following prayers and meditations in your sacred space alone or with your family. There is a meditation or liturgy for each day of Holy Week beginning on Wednesday. Some of the meditations are in written form for you to guide yourself and others are offered as an audio-recorded guided meditation. If you are participating in Saint Peter’s Prayer Vigil, there are several meditations for you to choose from to fill your hour of prayer.

Following are links to the many opportunities to participate in your home. We hope you enjoy this time spent with God preparing your heart for the celebration of Christ’s resurrection on Easter morning.
